Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. The company rep called and offered apologies and full refunds on the cancellation fee.
Apparently, the company really do care about their customers. I am glad to find such company that cares for their customers!.
The only way for me to cancel the flight was to call customer service. I ended up talking to a rep (I dont really want to name the person) who appeared to be rather combative (or defensive) when I asked for cancellation and charged me $90 for cancellation fee. When I asked about free cancelation within a twenty-four-hour period, he said that they were travel agency and would need to charge the amount. Again, the rep was argumentative and very defensive (or combative) to the point that I did not want to carry on with the conversation with him anymore and decided to pay $90 cancellation fee to be done with the company.
If you are thinking about using the website (Cheapflightsfares.com) to save a bit of money, think again.
You can purchase tickets from many other reliable websites at about the same price without having to go through the hassle of dealing with unreasonable cancellation fees if you ever need to cancel the tickets. I hope this post can save someone from possible headaches and financial loss.

Give me my money back like any normal company. Instead each time I had to cancel and ordered another ticket the charged me more for an even if the ticket was cheaper on there site I have spent 2000 dollars are close and still only have 836 dollars on one ticket and around 250 on the other.
I canceled each time well before 24 hour period and once their was a typhone blowing and they said the flight was leaving so I was charged again bad business really bad business.
If I ever get this straight I will never in my life use this company again. Nothing but crooks.

Kept us on hold for a ridiculous amount of time, almost 2 hours. They added costs that were not in the original booking, and then would not allow for cancellation and refund 1 hour after booking.
They told us our tickets were standby and then added fees in order for us to be guaranteed a seat. A horrible company. It's a scam. It would have been cheaper to just go straight through the airline.
Live and learn. Run from this company.

Verified BuyerRetraction for an error on MY part. I reacted to a price I wasn't expecting.
- - Pricing was clarified; Danish called back twice, which I missed due to low phone volume; I apologize to Danish and CheapFlightsFares.
I misunderstood what I was paying for, and after my wife reviewed the pricing and I spoke with Danish, I understood why the prices were correct. I reacted in anger because I felt I was being ignored, when in reality, Danish DID in fact attempt TWICE to call me back.
I had simply forgotten to turn the volumes back up on my phone.
So, I didn't hear it ring, and jumped to the conclusion that I was being ignored. For which I can only offer my sincere apology to both Danish and CheapFlightsFares.

I had to contact Cheap Flights re: a refund I was owed and the airline confirmed was sent to Cheap Flights 2 weeks earluer. I was told the refund was initiated and I would receive it. Still haven't seen it!

I was told by Archer that I would need to travel between the 10th of August to the 14th. Despite weather conditions saying its going to raining and a flood watch the whole weekend.

Why didn’t you use one of those “reliable” other sites you speak of? If it is “about the same price”, why don’t you have a go-to site bookmarked for your needs?
It is the lesson learned. I was directed to the cheapflightsfare.com site from Kayak site, and did not think too much about it, trusting Kayak too much. Indeed, I booked the return flight at Priceline.com, which I did not have any issue with cancelling the flight without having to go through the customer service, not to mention no cancellation fees.
